I have been humming this song all day. Cinderella is one of my absolute favorite Disney movies. I dream about being skinny lol Pretty sure my Heart wants me to be skinny, too!
For the last couple of days I have been struggling to get back on the right track. I decided the easiest way for me is to show you all what I am eating. It will be easier if I have a way to stay accountable.
Have I mentioned how Awesome my iPhone is? Oh I have? Ok well let me go on about it more.
A few Weeks ago I mentioned an App I downloaded called myfitnesspal (Which is also a website, so check it out by clicking the link!) where I can add in all the foods I am eating and it will keep track of how many Calories I have eaten, what I have burned and so on.
You can Screen shot with the iPhone. So, I decided I am going to start adding those with my posts. I am going to be completely honest, so on my Bad Days you can see how bad I have been.
This isn't to beat myself up, just to help me stay on Track. I have been thinking about Joining weight watchers but I am not sure. I am eating lower calorie meals, but I am not sure I am eating the right types of Food. Know what I mean?
Here are my screen shots. I guessed on calories for the 30-Day Shred because that wasn't programmed in.
So it may have been less than that.
