My wonderful Husband got me an iPhone for Christmas. At first I wasn't sure what I would even use it for other than the normal text messaging, checking my e-mail and facebook.
Well, after yesterday I lit a fire under my rear. I log in to the app store and search for a Food Diary/Calorie Counter.
I was prepared to spend a few bucks to get something to help me. I mean, I have been watching what I eat, but I hate reading labels and honestly I haven't been doing a 100% job at tracking everything that goes into my mouth. I stumbled on to a few apps and one caught my eye because it was FREE. Not only do I want to be thin, but I'm pretty cheap also.
I download it and it's amazing! I already planned out my entire meal plan for today, including what my Husband's Grandpa is making us for dinner, and I still have 41 calories I can eat for today lol
The cool part is it tells you how much you should exercise (Mins of Cardio and strength) to acheive your monthly weight loss goal. Isn't that awesome?? And the best part is, it's not just an iPhone app.
Any of you can go to MyFitnessPal.com and try..FREE!
I also have some exciting news. A Progresso soup rep contacted me VIA e-mail a few weeks ago and asked me to try their New 100 calorie per serving soups and Blog about it. I received my package yesterday and boy let me tell you were they generous! They sent me 15 cans (all different flavors) of soup. Not to mention a cool Soup cup and a Jump rope that counts my strokes and calories burned.
What's awesome about it you ask? Once I have tried them all, I am going to blog about how I liked them and then I am going to give one of my readers a Soup Cup, Jump Rope, and 2 cans of soup to try for yourself! Isn't that exciting?
Plus, my Blog could end up on their website. Now that would be exciting!
Check out Progresso's SOUPER you Contest and enter for your chance to win a New York Makeover!
I worked out today for the first time since my Sisters wedding, and let me tell you..it was not easy. I really had to push myself today. I am smelly and ready for a snack.

You should tell them to make each can a serving size so I stop eating the entire can, which is like 2.5 servings. Ha! Seriously, I love their soup. I'm jealous that you get to eat it all for fun.
